to frequently asked questions
What is a transaction coodinator?
A Transaction Coordinator provides you with extensive training and experience specific to Real Estate. Our main job is to manage and monitor the entire process of a real estate transaction. We have an understanding of not only administrative tasks, but we also understand the technicalities of transactions, marketing, farming, & client relationships, just to name a few. We work in the same circles of technology, stay current on new resources available to agents, train ourselves, and pass that knowledge to you to promote your success!
Can I use a TC even if I already have an assistant?
Yes! Many agents have found that utilizing a Transaction Coordinator in conjunction with an in-house assistant can be extremely successful in terms of relieving the overload that may come to the assistant as well as yourself. We are assistant friendly!
Why should I hire someone that isn’t right here in my office?
Real Estate today often takes place in your car, your home office, and on your Smartphone. Using virtual tools increase your level of productivity. Hiring an assistant is one of the best ways to capitalize on productivity, manage your business, and achieve your goals. Utilizing a Clear2Close Transaction Coordinator eliminates the time-consuming task of hiring, training, and paying for a full-time employee. A TC also offers the flexibility of being available after hours or “on call”, which can be a great advantage as a Real Estate Professional!
I’m worried about sharing my information. Will it be kept confidential?
Absolutely! A reputable TC works with the highest standards of Ethics and Professionalism. Our business success directly depends on YOUR success. In partnering with Clear2Close, you have the comfort of knowing that we follow the same guidelines taught in the Real Estate Principles Course, for agent licensing.
How do I work with a TC, when I don’t see them?
Our primary mode of communication is email. However, we utilize all aspects of communication as well. PM, Face Time, Skype, Yahoo, as well as the good old telephone. We make it a point to schedule weekly phone calls to keep our tasks “online”, and make sure that our partnership is working for your business goals.
How fast is your turn around time?
It depends on the project or task. But in dealing with listings, MLS inputs are within 24 hours, and creative designs are up to 36 hours with the required lead time.
What market do you serve?
Yours. We aren’t market specific. We are here to support you in your market, wherever that may be. However you may need us.
How much does it cost?
You can find our pricing here.
Where do you find our TCs?
You have your trade secrets. We have ours.
What about industry and board regulations?
We do our best to adhere to the more common trademarking and legislated requirements. However, every regional board has their own rules and we can’t know them all. You will have to tell us what these rules are, or have your TC learn them for you by contacting your local Board on your behalf.
Do we require a contract?
No, there is not contract you need to sign. We handle each transaction on a case by case basis as you give them to us. Want us to do all your transactions? Great! We would love that. But if you just want to throw us a few here and there we can handle that as well.
What if my deal falls through before closing?
Simple – you don’t pay!
How do we get started?
The first step is to contact us. You can do this by clicking here. After that, we’ll discuss what tasks and skills you need from your TC. Once we have a good grasp of your needs, we’ll pair you with a TC to work directly with you. It’s that simple.
Do you have a cancellation fee?
We only get paid in the event the transaction closes. If the client simply changes their mind and decides not to sell or your buyer walks, then their is no fee.
Will you have contact with my clients?
This is completely up to you. However, it is most efficient if you can communicate directly with your client. We keep you informed of all communications and CC you on emails with important correspondence.
