In Texas, it's usually negotiated between the buyer and seller — you're not required to use whoever your lender or builder suggests. Your agent can request our office by name.
What's a net sheet, and can I get one?
It's an estimate of what you'll walk away with after paying off your mortgage, agent commissions, and closing costs. Reach out and we'll put one together for your specific sale.
How long does closing usually take?
It depends on the transaction, but once the title search is clear and documents are ready, most closings move within a few weeks. We'll keep you updated on where your file stands.
Do I need to show up in person?
Most closings happen in person at our Ashford Plaza office, though alternatives like mobile notary may be available depending on your situation — ask us early if that's a need.
